As our Quality Control Officer, Farida meticulously interprets and reviews all of our data. She is in charge of inspecting the completed work, and the work-in-progress to determine whether it meets our client expectations and requirements, while also taking notes of potential improvement areas. She works with our Project managers and supervisors to identify approaches and methods to improve overall data quality. Here at Greenland, we value client satisfaction the most, and our Quality Control Officer ensures that it is delivered.
