Our client is an American worldwide financial services and communications company that is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The company offers products such as person-to-person money transfer, money orders, business payments, and commercial services among its several divisions. The client required a market study to understand the market dynamics of new geographies to upgrade the knowledge base of employees for better communication and coordination. Staff models and organizational structures also needed to be reviewed. An online survey was designed to obtain this data, which was then circulated in 5 countries: China, India, Malaysia, Switzerland, and UAE. The entire staff in all of the client’s branches across these countries were asked to take the survey. A total of 975 surveys were conducted within 2 weeks.
