Our client is a UAE-based Dairy and Juice company that is one of the country’s finest. This award-winning brand serves more than one million customers per day with its ‘Homemade in the UAE’ products. The company has widened its operations and now successfully produces 350,000 liters of dairy products and 150,000 liters of juices per day. The client aimed to identify the current penetration level of customer durables in UAE, and their willingness and ability to purchase the product in the market. Greenland was asked to design a market research to gain this information. We conducted face-to-face CAPI interviews with a sample of 200 buyers and non-rejectors of the brand for an entire week, by the end of which the results had been accumulated and presented to the client.
