Our client, a UAE-based International airport, one of the largest Middle East airfreight hubs, required Greenland’s assistance in a research that involved customer satisfaction surveys. The aim of this survey was to gather and understand information about grievances and experiences that passengers and travelers have to undergo at the specific airport. A primary survey was conducted to list out the various pain points and suggestions for improvement. An overall sample of 2000 travelers was recruited for CAPI interviews and the entire project was completed within the span of 8 weeks.
