Our client is a free economic zone comprising more than 7000 global companies, located in the far western end of Dubai, UAE. The client asked Greenland to assist them with mystery shopping surveys. This involved our interviewers to pose as customers and evaluate the parameters of ambiance, greeting staff, touchpoints, sales executive engagement, documentation processes, and the clarity and follow-up of the sales executive. The research was performed with all the offices within the client’s zone and the entire staff was to be included in the operation. Face-to-face CAPI interviews were conducted for up to 5 weeks until the quota was completed and the required information was gathered.
