Our client is a Swiss chocolate bar brand that is owned by a US confectionery company. The client asked Greenland Market Research to assist them with a study. The primary objective was to find out what is the level of their customer’s satisfaction and what are the factors that are influencing it. The aim of gaining these insights was to improvise their current service offerings on order to boost sales and profit. The research was conducted in Duty Free shops and with the retailers of the particular product in UAE. The method we used for this study was face-to-face client accompanied interviews where we had arranged pre-recruitment of the target audience. We chose the sample size of 18 individuals and within a week, the research had been completed.
