Our client is a South Korean multinational conglomerate that is headquartered in Seoul. The company is a powerful influencer of South Korea’s economic development, politics, media, and culture. As of 2020, the company has the 8th highest global brand value. The client required the testing and analysis of a product that had been recently launched to gain insights on the preferences of different customer’s regarding the said product. To obtain this data, 30 of the brand’s customers were requested to participate in focus groups that took place in UAE and KSA. The entire research project was completed in 2 weeks.
