Our client, a Japanese multinational conglomerate, is a provider of a wide range of products and services, ranging all the way from infrastructure systems to IT solutions. It is one of the biggest manufacturers of personal computers, consumer electronics, and medical equipment. The objective of the market research was to evaluate market feasibility and understand the brand awareness for their portable storage device among end-users, retailers, and distributors. The client also required a detailed analysis of other competitive brands in the UAE and KSA. Face-to-face CAPI interviews were conducted using a sample of 800 customers, retailers, and distributors of the product. The study was completed within 3 weeks.
