Our client is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer that is headquartered in Yokohama. The brand is well known for its luxury vehicles, commercial vehicles, outboard motors, and forklift trucks. With over 136,000 employees, it is one of the largest car manufacturers in North America. The client asked Greenland to assist them with a market research to gain insights about customer expectations and needs and understand the prevailing market scenario for the client and operations of existing players in the market. Therefore, 48 mystery shoppers were hired in the USA and UK to carry out the research in the client’s showrooms across the countries. In a total of 3 weeks, all the required data was obtained and the detailed reports and results had been delivered to the client.
