Our client is a South African fast-food chain that specializes in Portuguese-African food and operates over 1000 outlets across 35 countries. The client needed research to be done on the retailers of their brand. The objective of this study was to understand the retailer’s knowledge of the brand and the products that they sell and to evaluate the quality of service that is being provided to the customers. To gather this data, Greenland recruited 195 mystery shoppers to conduct the study in the brand outlets spread across the following countries: UAE, UK, and India. The market research took an entire 5 weeks to complete. The analysis and the insights were delivered to the client along with a detailed report of the project.
