Our client is a Swedish multinational conglomerate that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances, home accessories, and other useful goods and occasional home services. It has been the world’s largest furniture retailer since 2008 with 378 stores operating in 30 countries. The client required a competitive industry landscape assessment. The aim of the market research was to gain and analyze the industry’s best practices. 40 face-to-face interviews were conducted with the retailers and wholesalers in the furniture market across UAE. The project was wrapped up within the impressive time span of a week and the results and analysis had been delivered to the client.
