Our client is a Middle Eastern multinational direct-broadcast satellite provider serving the MENA region. It offers popular entertainment content such as movies, sporting events, TV shows, etc, from some major networks and studios. The client asked Greenland to conduct a market research to track customer’s approach towards Video on Demand (VOD) and Multimedia services. The objective of this study was to evaluate brand status in the current market and assess customer satisfaction levels. 6 Countries were to be included in the research: UAE, Egypt, Turkey, France, Spain, and the UK. Greenland recruited a total of 925 digital TV subscribers from the 6 countries for face-to-face quantitative interviews. In an impressive period of 3 weeks, the project had been completed.
