Our client is an American multinational pharmaceutical corporation that is headquartered in Manhattan. Founded in 1849, the company has ever since grown and now manages successful operations worldwide. The client had developed a new product for the treatment of skin cancer, for the evaluation of which a market research was necessary. The aim of the research was to understand physician’s impressions regarding the existing product and their expectations from the new one. The client also required information about the major distribution channels and the most preferred mode of distribution being used in the industry. To obtain this data, Greenland recruited 85 dermatologists to participate in Telephonic depth interviews. The study was performed in UAE and took 3 weeks to complete.
