Our client is a French multinational corporation that specializes in retail. It is one of the largest, most dynamic, and fast-moving hypermarket chains in the world. It comprises more than 21,000 employees and provides a vast array of more than 100,000 products. The client required data about the in-store experience for customers and we were asked to conduct market research to obtain the same information. 1000 CAPI interviews were carried out with walk-in customers of the client’s stores all across the UAE. The entire customer journey was recorded to further aid the research. Within 4 weeks, the interviews were completed and the data was accumulated and presented.
