Our client is the largest bank in UAE that looks to meet the banking needs of customers worldwide through strategic offerings and market-leading Corporate and Investment banking and Personal banking franchises. While the company is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, its services continue to expand. The client required Greenland’s assistance to carry out customer satisfaction surveys amongst the bank’s customers, regarding a new service that was recently launched. The aim was to gain a deeper insight into the customer’s opinions and detect where the necessary changes could be made. To gather this data, 700 CATI interviews were conducted with the bank’s customers all across UAE, and within 3 weeks, the data was accumulated.
