Our client is a Canadian multinational corporation retailer that owns and operates a worldwide chain of shoes and accessories stores. The company is headquartered in Montreal and has expanded its operations to acquire nearly 3000 stores across 100 countries. The client asked Greenland to design a market research that could help them in examining the reactions of the target audience in regards to a new campaign and various promotional materials. Therefore, a 1-week Central location advertisement concept testing (CLT) program was organized and 60 in-store customers were recruited to participate in the study. The same method was carried out in 2 countries; UAE and KSA.
